GERMANY 2013

GERMANY 2013

When we arrived to Germany, we went to Neuschwanstein Castle. There we visited the town and the castle, it was very big and we took a lot of photos. Close to the castle there was a frozen lake. There were a lot of chinese and japanese people taking photos.

When we were waiting for the bus, our classmates started playing with the snow and the tourists took photos and videos of them.

The second day we went to Rotenburg to a Christmas shop, and we spent the rest of the day there. The town seemed taken out from a tale.. There were very good ice creams.

The third day after High School, we went to Dahau(concentracion camp). The place was sad and cold. We listened the history of the prisioners, and when we got into the camp we read this sentence “ Work to be free”.

The rest of the days we visited Augsburg, our hotel there. A teacher guided us through the old part of the city.

The last  day we went to Ellgau to see the house where we were going to stay.

We met Ute , the owner of the house. She showed us the house and everything around. We saw some houses and played with bikes, pin-pon…

Ute baked some cakes to us.

MUNICH

Two days before leaving Germany we went to Munich. At 9:00 a.m we took the bus to go to the Olimpic Stadium and to the BMW museum. We arrived at 10:30 a.m and we went to see the Olimpic swimming pool and after that the BMW museum where we saw lovely cars. We really liked them. When we finished the visit we took the underground towards the centre of Munich, the Marienplantz.

There, we went to a shop to buy a sweater; we all got the same one. After that, we went to the Hoperahaus, but it was busy, and we couldn´t see it. Then, the teachers let us some time off and some of  us went shopping and others visited the city. We were in groups of friends and we had lunch at 13:30 p.m in a restaurant we chose. After having lunch, we went to a street full of shops. There are a lot famous clothes shops(H&M,Pimkie…) and make up shops(Douglas). In this street apart from shops, there are lots of  businesses.

Our teacher told us that we had to be in the Marienplant at 8:00 p.m to go and have dinner at Augustiner Bräu München. This is a very big restaurant with typical food from Germany. When we finished having dinner, we took the bus and went back to the hotel, in Augsburg.

We really enjoyed the day because this city is very beautiful and entertaining.
